• If you already have an account with Mertech, you can log in and submit a ticket immediately.
• If you are a current customer but do not have an account, please contact the person responsible for purchasing at your company and ask them to create a new support-only account for you (available under Account Maintenance -> Create Contact, “Access Support” option). Alternatively, you may also contact Mertech directly via e-mail if you would like us to create a new account for you (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org if you are located in Brazil).
