Applications using Pervasive's Btrieve® & Pervasive.SQL® transactional engines, which make use of BTRV() calls, can now easily function with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases without the need to impliment any source code changes. The ability to rapidly leverage existing data without the need to write source level changes eliminates costly development projects. 

The Mertech product bundle consists of a database migration tool that will smoothly migrate a Btrieve® and Pervasive.SQL® database. The migration process will create tables, copy data, and all of the needed indexes to the target SQL database server. Also included is a database driver which will function with the application and will execute the database operations to a new SQL back-end.
